Start with the pieces that are easiest for Google to crawl and compare:

• Legal business name, address, phone, and support email match Merchant Center.
• Footer links include contact, shipping, return/refund, privacy, and terms pages.
• Policy pages are specific to the store, not generic placeholder copy.
• Checkout, cart, product pages, and collection pages work on mobile and desktop.
• Product feed prices, availability, variants, images, and shipping claims match the live site.
• The Google & YouTube app is connected to the correct Merchant Center account.
• There are no duplicate feeds, old domains, stale products, or mismatched currencies creating noise.

Common Shopify-specific problems

Many Shopify stores have the right pages, but the details are thin or inconsistent. A return policy that says nothing about timelines, a contact page with only a form, or product descriptions copied across dozens of items can still make the store look low-trust.

Google also needs the feed and site to agree. If the product says free shipping on the page but the feed or checkout says otherwise, the review can fail even if the business is real.
